On February 7th 2015 I typed into Google:
I was 23.
That was the first time in my life that I questioned whether or not my porn habits might be harmful to my life.
In close to ten years of being exposed to high speed internet pornography I never even considered that this “natural” habit of mine might be detrimental to my dating life, confidence, mindfulness, video game habits, and so much more.
That is why I created PornAddictionTest.com
My goal is to raise awareness to the detrimental affects of pornography and to stall it’s devastating effects on masculinity and the toll it’s taking on men.
We’re going to collect the latest research on porn addiction and turn it into useful resources for people to learn about its effects on their lives.
Once you take our test we’ll find the best course of action based on your results, what resources you might need.
This includes books, internet blockers, support groups, support forums, and for the most strongly affected, real life therapists.
The mission is simple: Show people what porn is doing to them and empower them to become the strongest versions of themselves.
We’re in search of good writers, illustrators, and contributors.
